I want to start off this next update with an apology, I’ve been slacking on keep you all up to date on what’s all going on. A lots happened since the last update. I’ll tell the story in the following picture and captions.

So the rest of the summer consisted of working away and monkeying around at camp...

and trips to the rec center and berry picking.

Pastor Sam took me, Mal, and Miles on a tour of Yosemite National Park.
It was so amazingly beautiful.

This is actually where I've been living with 8 other guys since May. It was a fun experience. I loved camp and hope I get to spend some time up there again.
A great fear well to camp was going on a night hike and seeing that the glory of God doesn't set with the sun.

Me and Mal decided to take some pics before I left for home. This will be the longest we've been apart really for the last six months, with being act school and camp after that, we've pretty much have spent everyday together. It's been such a blessing and season of growth in both our relationship with each other as well as our relationship with God. We're both sad to be apart but also excited for this next season know that God is in control and that He has big plans for us.

This was the last sunday at Calvary Chapel of the Sierras, the church that I've been attending while up at camp. I really enjoyed helping out with vbs (vacation bible school) and going to sunday services and getting to attend and even teach one week for the youth group on Thursday nights. Thanks Sam and Bethany for what a blessing you were to me and Mallory.

It was sad to say goodbye to such amazing co-workers.

Camp was a BLAST!

But I must go home, I got to see my family, so I hit the road...

 Gas up in Barstow...

Sunset in California on my first day of travel, I make it to St. George Utah and stay the night...

Day 2 of travel, drive through the Mojave Dessert
And then finally make it to the  beautiful mountains of Colorado

Being home my mom got me all ready to go to Costa Rica,  and spoiled me with some Tokyo Joes!

It was good to see old friends and family. It was a bummer that I only got to be home for a short while.

But I'm just thankful for the time I did get to send at home, what a blessing it was.
(picture is of the hike that my parents took me on, it was pretty sweet)

After only being home for a week, I'm all packed up and off to the airport, for my red-eye flight to Miami, then on to Costa Rica.

The flight was swell and the 3 hour drive from San José went well too, it was pouring rain! It was good ionization to Costa Rica! ¡Pura Vida!

This is Aaron, he is the other intern serving with me. We'll be tag teaming teaching through the book of Ephesians. Please keep us both in your prayers.
(I scored the top bunk! =] haha)

 Mamones!
Pretty sweet huh, they look like alien eggs or something, but they're pretty tasty. You peal it like an orange, eat the while stuff and spit out the peanut like seed.

So other then just getting finale with the surrounds here in San Isidro de General, I've been study and getting things ready for the class, and of coarse you need delicious CR coffee to do it right.

So that's it for now, sorry again that it's been so long, I'll be working on making sure that updates are more frequent. Thank you for taking the time to look through and read all of this. I also want to take you all who have been praying for me it means a lot, that what my first lesson is going to start off with, the importance of praying of r everyone at in and all times. Thanking as well everyone who has given to make this possible for me to be here. It truly means a lot. I love you all and will be praying for you.
